Business Development and CRM Manager

Isle of Man | £40,000 to £55,000 | Permanent

Our client is a well-respected corporate services firm. Operating across a global network of offices, their 220+ employees advise clients in over 50 jurisdictions. Their international outlook ensures a fast and dynamic work environment that has cemented their position as industry leaders in the private wealth and eGaming markets.


Reporting to the Head of Marketing the role supports the sales efforts of business-line leaders across the group’s mixture of markets through planning, coordinating, streamlining, recording, and chasing sales activity for the group. In particular, to champion the use of the CRM as a tool for monitoring and optimising sales processes and outcomes and to help hold business leads to account for targets.

  • Centralised oversight and coordination of group sales activity.

  • Driving quality standards in the use of the CRM through both systemic improvements and promoting user-acceptance.

  • Coordination of event attendance and travel schedules for business leads.

  • Creating, improving, and maintaining sales materials such as proposals and presentations.

  • Occasional dealing with prospective clients for onboarding and administration purposes.

  • Reporting key management information regarding sales activity.

  • Optimising customer experiences (CX) in a variety of contexts and media.

  • Coordinating marketing support for sales-related activities across the group.


  • Natural organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • The intelligence to understand complex technical information or data and simplify it for a time limited audience .

  • Confidence with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • A working knowledge of handling data in Excel.

  • The self-assurance to prompt senior colleagues on their sales commitments.

  • Relevant experience in B2B financial services sales or marketing.
