Develop and implement strategies for responsible country to ensure steady brand growth
Plan and execute acquisition and retention plans. Recruit, educate and manage affiliates
Produce weekly/monthly reports with strategies for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to help support brand growth
Work closely with CRM team to develop and execute acquisition plans
Localizing product and website for easier integration with local players, partners and affiliates
Create and set brand identity in the country. Instil a sense of loyalty among affiliates and partners.
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or 3 years’ equivalent experience
Previous experience as a country manager or in a senior iGaming / online casino or sports betting position
Knowledge of additional foreign languages and cultures is an advantageous
Strong knowledge of local social media channels for acquisition and promoting brand awareness
Computer proficiency in Google/Microsoft products - document, presentation, excel…. etc
Experience with affiliate recruitment, retention and management and customer acquisition and retention
Excellent knowledge in online and direct marketing. Good grasp of KPIs. profit/loss. After action reports
Native Chinese speaker and fluent in English
