Reporting to the Head of Payments this role will ensure the daily operation of payments including testing, troubleshooting, reporting and monitoring. Resolve daily issues and act as point of contact for PSPs.
Testing deposits and withdrawals using payment methods, including WeChat, Alipay QQ CUP
Basic level of troubleshooting and investigation of technical issues
Escalate major issues and manage them until resolved with respective teams internally and with 3rd party providers
Monitor, report and investigate issues around daily success rates from each payment method
Create KB whenever needed, to guide or explain to customers.
Drive healthy communication between all parties including; PSP, IT, Finance, Operations and Commercial
Work closely with our global operations team, finance/payments development team and payment service provider.
Experience in Payments role within online gaming
Knowledge of standard IT
Ability to work as part of a team
Able to read, write and listen Mandarin, Cantonese is additional
Numerical with excellent analytical skills.
