The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media marketing, especially Facebook, you’ll be well organised and have good attention to detail. You’ll be interested in understanding and learning about one of the most powerful forms of marketing in the 21st century.

Overview

  • Developing and managing Facebook campaigns. This will involve campaign build, bid management, advert optimisation, budgeting and budget pacing

  • Meeting daily and monthly commercial targets, managing daily budgets of £10k+

  • Develop ad copy and content to support our social strategies

  • Maximise the performance of your campaigns in line with key performance indicators for the business, including delivering high-quality leads and optimising return on investment

  • Work with and brief in-house designers to develop a range of visual assets – including images, banners, animated gifs and videos - in the creation of striking, effective campaigns

  • Immerse yourself in the digital industry, keep up to date with relevant trends and look out for new techniques.

Candidate

  • 12+ Months’ Paid Social Experience

  • Fluent with Facebook Ad Manager and Power Editor

  • Impeccable attention to detail, with a natural flair for data sets and an exceptional level of understanding of customer segmentation and data selection

  • A highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic

  • Passion for digital marketing

  • Excellent command of written English

  • Good understanding of retention marketing

Desirable:

  • Managed large budget Paid Social accounts (£100K+)

  • Messenger bot experience

  • Experience working with a PMD, preferably SMARTLY

  • Working of Google Analytics is a plus

  • Evidence of strong analytical and numerical ability

  • Ability to think laterally on new approaches and creative concepts

  • Commercially savvy
