Senior Executive Direct Acquisition

Isle of Man | £28,000 to £33,500 | Permanent

Main responsibilities are planning, developing and managing direct acquisition & RAF programs to drive healthy volume and value for the Asian business, working closely with stakeholders in various locations including and not limited to various Product teams, Promotional Operations, BI & Analytics, Business Services Support, Compliance, Fraud, Payment, VIP, CRM and Contact Centre teams.

This person must be English and Mandarin literate; is analytical, with interest in online gaming especially Sports, is open to adopt usage of all digital tools/platforms. The ability to project manage, attention-to-detail and a ‘can-do’ attitude is critical for success in this role.

Overview

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan effective acquisition & RAF programs to drives volume and meet projected target

  • Acquisition program planning:

    • 3 months in advance: review, research and plan acquisition programs

    • 1 month in advance: brief Business Svs team on communications requirements with confirm T&C so they understand and are inspired to develop material/assets that meet the program objectives.

    • Raise promotion request, with approved T&C.

  • Liaise with Business Services Support team to ensure:

    • Appropriate communications are designed and setup correctly in CMS for the launch of programs

    • Tests programs prior to LIVE

    • Announce and brief Operations Support teams (CS, Payment, Compliance, etc) ahead of LIVE

  • Be accountable for the overall RAF channel performance and communications

  • Monitoring performance of all RAF programs (Basic, Enhanced and Elite) and optimize whenever necessary based on results and trends learning

  • Work with creative, BI, CRM and VIP team to ensure smooth running of RAF programs and comms

  • Work closely with fraud team to implement required measure to mitigate abuse

  • Ensure the payment of all bonuses agreed are paid on time and accurately

  • Monitor, track and optimize programs in anticipation to and respond quickly to market changes

  • Quarterly, Monthly and Weekly reports - Document and communicate with key stakeholders and wider business, on the efficacy of campaigns/tests, and provide recommendations based on analysis to improve and optimize future campaigns and strategies

  • Find new opportunities to test acquisition programs to keep abreast with trend and be relevant to target market

Candidate

  • Demonstrated ability to develop, plan and execute well thought-out and organized marketing plans and strategies

  • Proven experience of aggressively growing new media channels across desktop and mobile, with clear demonstration of testing, analysis and ROI optimization

  • Proven ability to examine data from a variety of sources to form a complete analysis of a program effectiveness

  • Numerate and analytical problem solver, able to evaluate own data and provide recommended course of action

  • Strong MS Office skills to be able to analyse, prepare and present reports
