The Senior Solutions Developer forms part of the IT Games team, which looks after the support and deployment of Casino games and services within all of their studios. Within this team you will be working closely with key management stakeholders, IT Engineers, Support Coordinators, resource planners, studios and games operations dev teams to ensure a smooth Casino support process and providing exceptional service to their customers.
Support team alignment with organizational initiatives and objectives whilst safeguarding the architecture
Provide leadership within the team create an environment that will grow the teams existing skills
Debug and support live issues from time to time while filling the role of a Technical Lead
Provide technical help with the view to upskill other team members
Provide support for product related issues in production as directed by the team seniors
Provide effective and timely feedback on support issues and to dependent teams
Understand and stay abreast of software development methodologies and best practices
Track record of effective troubleshooting, software analysis and design skills
Full understand of product life cycle and ability to understand complex code
Experience as a technical leader coaching more junior developers
