Role:

Working alongside the Head of Reporting Technology, you will develop and execute the Product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans. This position will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable product features and enhancements.  

·       Develop and execute the product roadmap for financial technology products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.

·       Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements, considering factors such as client feedback, market research, and technical feasibility.

·       Plan and execute product launches and go-to-market strategies, coordinating with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to drive successful product adoption.

·       Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the financial technology landscape.

·    Collaborate with engineering and development teams to define product specifications, provide input on user experience design, UI and oversee the development process including involvement in preparation of Business Requirement Document and System Design Document.

·       Monitor product performance and KPIs, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

·       Develop product documentation, including user guides, pitch packs and training materials.

·       Act as a subject matter expert on technology products, providing guidance and support to internal teams, clients, and partners.

·    Conduct product demos and training sessions for clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our technology products and providing guidance on best practices for implementation and usage.

·       Liaise between clients and internal teams, gathering feedback and requirements to inform product enhancements and customization opportunities.

·       Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support client engagements, including product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops.

·       Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to reporting and technology products.

·       Mentor and develop members of the product management team, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

 

Candidate:

 

·       Strong background & experience in Product Management with a passion for Finance & Risk Automation.

·       Proven track record of having delivered successful product outcomes.

·       Strong understanding of the Accounting and Regulatory reporting industry, including banking, financial services, and/or capital markets.

·       Proven track record of delivering successful product outcomes, from concept to launch and beyond.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

·       Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and drive product optimization.

·       Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

·       Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent financial accreditation will be advantageous.

·       Passion for innovation and technology, with a desire to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
