We are looking for a Sportsbook and Casino CRM Manager for the Brazilian market.  The successful candidate will lead our client’s efforts to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with their customers. The primary goal will be to enhance customer engagement, maximise customer lifetime value, and drive the brand's growth within the competitive Brazilian market. This role requires a deep understanding of the Brazilian sports and gambling culture, fluency in Portuguese, and familiarity with the regulatory landscape in Brazil. Responsibilities will include:

•    Developing and executing CRM strategies tailored to the Brazilian market, focusing on customer retention, loyalty programs, and personalised marketing campaigns.
•    Analysing customer behaviour data to identify trends and opportunities for engagement and upselling.
•    Collaboration with the marketing team to create targeted promotions and communications that resonate with Brazilian customers.
•    Managing the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to reactivation, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
•    Measuring the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and adjust strategies based on performance data.

Candidate requirements:

•    Proven experience in CRM, with a focus on sportsbook and casino industries, preferably in the Brazilian market.
•    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English.
•    Deep understanding of the Brazilian sports betting and casino landscape, including consumer behaviour and regulatory requirements.
•    Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
•    Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
•    Experience with loyalty programs and customer segmentation strategies.
•    Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the CRM space.
•    Understanding of responsible gambling practices and how they apply within the Brazilian market.
